Your tasks

• In this role you will be responsible for the effective and successfully completion of complex maritime customer projects, taking into account costs, time, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the designated commercial and contracts manager, for various engineering and defence projects.
• To this end, you will define the direct project objectives and be fully responsible in technically and commercially (GM / TO) aspects.
• As the Point of Contact in the project, you will be responsible for the project for all parties involved (internal and external), you will set up the project organization, manage the project team / partners and suppliers.
• Oversee all commercial aspects of program/service delivery activities, in relation to the engineering and defence projects assigned to them.
• Review, assess and document commercial and contracting risks in accordance internal governance processes, to ensure compliance and proactively mitigate commercial risk.
• You will be responsible for reporting to the customer, client and management and support the sales team in the preparation of quotations.
• You will work closely with various specialist in interdisciplinary project team

Your qualifications

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable degree.
• You have already been able to apply your excellent knowledge of project management and controlling in the realization of turn-key projects, ideally in the marine environment.
• You are familiar with both the world of technology and business management
• You like to work independently, have business acumen and have already demonstrated your negotiating skills several times in projects.
• You have a Polish citizenship
• You are willing to travel
