TIKTAL is a fully remote company that values diversity, inclusivity, and innovation. We are seeking a highly experienced Remote HR Manager/Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for marketing and media roles, with a particular focus on headhunting top talent for senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles within the company, with a strong emphasis on positions related to marketing/media.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support TIKTAL’s growth and remote culture.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s values and culture.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive remote team culture and decrease burnout.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring that our hiring practices are fair, equitable, and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure high employee productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns, and use this feedback to improve HR policies and practices.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition, with a focus on high-growth companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (B2-C2 levels)
  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and current hiring trends.
  • Experience working with remote teams and an understanding of remote team culture.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective employee engagement and performance management strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in working with HR technology and tools to improve HR processes and practices.
