We are looking for a Groups Sales Executive to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Warsaw!

Job Purpose:

The Group Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Safestay PLC's customer base by exploring new client opportunities, researching accounts to identify key buying influences, and planning strategic sales approaches. This role involves proactive sales activities, regular partner evaluations, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize sales effectiveness.

Key requirement:

  • Be well organised and must have excellent communication skills (both written and telephone).
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Have a high level of attention to details and ability to multitask.
  • Be available to undertake ad hoc duties.
  • Have sufficient IT skills (PMS systems, CRM systems and Microsoft 365).
  • Be fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish and additional languages preferred.
  • Have the right to work in Poland.
  • Previous experience in sales environment preferred.

More about the role:

· Explore and identify new client opportunities to expand the customer base.

· Conduct thorough research on accounts to understand buying influences, client needs, and competitor service usage.

· Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to target new business opportunities.

· Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop marketing actions focused on growing and expanding group business into different markets.

· Work closely with the Group Reservations Team to identify new leads and revenue gaps, and provide training on a more sales-oriented approach to customer service.

· Perform regular sales calls and evaluations with partners to maintain and strengthen relationships.

· Participate in proactive sales activities aimed at increasing company revenue.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

· Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

· Please note this is an office-based role with flexibility required in terms of working hours, travel and holidays/weekend work.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Pattern: 5 days a week: Monday to Saturday (40h/week) 8h/day shift (+30min unpaid break) within 7am to 8pm.
