The Team

SHEIN's European logistics team is committed to working with our logistics suppliers to provide satisfactory logistics services to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop logistics products (e.g., customs clearance, last mile) for efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee logistics provider sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with CN HQ to integrate and optimize logistics channels.
• Address departmental needs for European logistics, drive channel development, and implement projects locally.
• Facilitate communication between local teams and CN HQ, promoting channel development through collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related fields; overseas experience preferred.
• 4-5+ years in logistics operations, channel development, and international logistics; Latin American logistics experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, with global travel flexibility.
• Strong in business processing, cross-department collaboration, negotiation, supplier, and project management.
