WHAT YOU'LL DO


Our goal is to acquire the best people for BCG – who are well organized, creative and precise, as well as having mindset to fully own the scope in their hands. If this sounds like you, join us as a Talent Acquisition Assistant and help our team recruit exceptional candidates.

Under the general direction of the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be supporting the recruiting efforts for BCG Warsaw. You will coordinate local interviews, our student program, maintain the recruiting database, prepare materials for internal processes – from those related to candidates and new joiners, to administration of information flow to other teams in BCG. In addition to this, you will source candidates using our top-notch recruiting tools. Occasionally you will be engaged in organization of internal and external events.

As part of your daily business, you’ll care for applicants throughout the entire recruiting journey and help to guarantee both smooth process and an enjoyable candidate experience. In addition to data processing in our applicant management system, this also includes verbal and written communication with applicants and interviewers.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • Interest in recruiting and managing an end-to-end interview process for candidates.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comfortable use of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests, reliability.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills: handling competing priorities effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capabilities.
