What You’ll Do

As our Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, responsible for leading our efforts to grow and strengthen our market position in these key regions. Your role will include:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in Europe and the Americas.
  • Consolidate Polish market: Increase sales and new clients, and consolidate MEKANO X in Poland as one of the top 10 engineering brands in the industrial sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and organise a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet our ambitious goals.
  • Sales Process Excellence: Streamline and optimise our sales processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Leverage advanced CRM tools to monitor, analyse, and enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
  • High-Level Negotiation: Engage in complex, high-value negotiations with key clients in the food industry, securing long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture and expand our footprint within Europe and the Americas.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our product development, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the food industry.
  • Diversify our services and products: Develop a strategy for MEKANO X to expand our market and source income diversifying our services and products.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the industrial or technological sector and a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the food industry, particularly in automation, robotics, or engineering solutions.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and experience in leading successful sales teams.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Demonstrated success in high-stakes negotiations, with the ability to close complex deals that drive long-term growth.
  • Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the European and American markets, including key players, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: A history of building and leading high-performing teams, focusing on coaching, development, and achieving results.
  • Innovation-Driven: A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of how technology can transform the food industry.
  • Languages: Speak English C1 and Polish in B2 or more is mandatory. Speak other languages like Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
  • Communication skills: Open-minded and comfortable managing communication with people from different cultures and mentalities is relevant. Create documents and presentations easy to understand and engage is also essential and crucial.
