About the employer:

Our client is a worldwide manufacturer specializing in interior design, offering innovative products for home improvement and décor.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a "route to market" strategy tailored to private label and contracting, targeting businesses and optimizing the offer and value proposition through effective distribution channels.
  • Identify and expand new sales channels, focusing on B2B opportunities within the furniture sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients by closely partnering with them to understand their needs.
  • Execute sales campaigns designed to increase company market share and meet or exceed sales targets within the private label and contracting space.
  • Regularly visit existing customers to provide ongoing support, address their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges between clients and manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth processes from order to delivery.
  • Provide regular, detailed sales reports and communicate performance data to the Sales Director.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to drive the development and execution of winning sales strategies, particularly in the contracting and private label market.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new business clients in Germany, focusing on private label and contract sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver product offerings and sales presentations using established templates to effectively communicate value to potential and existing business clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful professional experience in sales, with a proven track record of delivering strong business results.
  • Knowledge and experience in the furniture industry, ideally in private label and contracting.
  • Fluent in German, with a good working knowledge of English.
