Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Handling administrative tasks and activities for the ABB HUB population. • Managing procurement and inventory for IT and non-IT equipment within internal systems. • Overseeing mobile device management processes, including telephony services and invoice reconciliation. • Coordinating and managing access control and CCTV systems, including the maintenance of access control cards. This role requires a foundation in data analysis and data management, with the ability to quickly develop or enhance the following skills: • Report and analysis preparation: Preparing and developing reports, presentations, and business analyses based on team needs and specific requirements. • Power BI expertise: Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze data effectively. • SharePoint and Power Apps administration: Developing and managing the internal SharePoint platform, including SharePoint lists and associated Power Apps, with a focus on Power Automate.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in administrative processes and enjoy working in dynamic and structured environments, particularly within the professional services or operations sector.
• You have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Specialist, demonstrating advanced skills in organizational management, communication, and effective prioritization of tasks.
• You possess proficiency in both Polish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in writing and speaking.
• You are highly adept at utilizing Excel and preferably have experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• You are captivated by problem-solving and thrive in process-oriented environments, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, showcasing a strong academic foundation.
• You are passionate about continuous learning, curiosity, and maintaining a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
• You demonstrate the ability to work independently while also excelling as a proactive and collaborative team member.
