The Marketing Director holds responsibility for the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategies, plans and activities to meet customers demand and organizational objectives. Developing a commercial offering together with local sales teams and central offering function that wins over competition. Focus on portfolio, marketing communications, trade, digital. Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for marketing, branding, product portfolio and external communication matters of all global and local brands for the market of Poland
  • Leading and implementing Tikkurila Poland Strategy and 3 yrs integrated business plans & yearly plans together with local leadership team
  • Developing yearly marketing plans for Poland.
  • Managing total marketing budget. Delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
  • Analyzing trends, competitors and market performance and finding future growth areas.
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings in co-peration with Customer Insight team
  • Working closely with regional teams such as portfolio and brand team to build the most commercially effective portfolio as possible.
  • Working together with Poland sales team to identify best channel strategy and execution for growth and supporting growth in those channels
  • Managing relationship with external partners (media and advertising agencies)

Qualifications :


  • Academic degree, preferably from business administration or marketing, Min 10 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with ability to translate conclusions into action
  • Business Acumen / Strategic Agility
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills
  • Good oral and written English skills on top of local language
  • Good computer skills (MS office)
