Ciekawa praca na piecach przy produkcji szyberdachów. Pracowałem na stanowisku gdzie używa się "Primera" oraz na czyszczeniu szyb różnymi narzędziami oraz szlifierką na różnych piecach o różnych wielkościach. Jednakże to praca na produkcji więc ciągle się powtarza tą samą czynność a niewdzięczna jest na dwóch pozycjach gdzie jedna osoba ma za dużo pracy tu gdzie druga na innej pozycji zbyt lekką. Kwestia przyzwyczajenia 😁 cała ekipa na piecu musi się zgrać by szybko i dużo robić okien, jednak gdy z pieca wychodzą rysy, bąble na gumach itp nie na szans by zadowolić kogokolwiek gdyż jest do niemożliwe 😉 polecam i pozdrawiam

Możliwość robienia nadgodzin nawet po 16h oraz w soboty, smaczne posiłki w kantynie dopłata do nich oraz drugi posiłek gratis gdy się zostaje na 12 lub 16h, spokojna praca na nocki, zależy od klimatu ludzi z którymi się pracuje a wszystko jest ok 👌

Minusy

Należy robić nadgodziny nawet po 16h by w miarę zarobić oraz soboty, bez tych nadgodzin nie ma bonusów za nocki, nadgodziny, 100% frekwencja chodzenia przez miesiąc etc., Brak podwyżki u jednego majstra gdzie u drugiego ok, kierownictwo nic nie robiło z propozycją zmian, uwag, podwyżki jednakże na audytach udawano jako interesują się pracownikiem👎

Chaotic Work Environment .

Chaotic work environment. Management doesn’t support you. Human Resources act like they don’t want to help you most of the time, nor want to be bothered by anyone. Management doesn’t support you either.

Working with fiberglass all day everyday was the main drawback of this position. Company did not provide respirators, and my throat was so sore after my first day of work. People were nice and the work was extremely easy.

Just terrible no raises, You’ll get Write up if your left for breaks or lunch, Even If it’s your first day. Supervisor and Manager don’t communicate with the Workers till the last minute of something going wrong. No Union also

No home life. Never know when you’re getting off work. Work weekends—always!

Good pay, no training. When you do training, someone who most likely doesn’t understand English will teach you. You won’t learn a thing and then they turn you loose, without a clue as to what to do.

I worked there for 3 years and half. Started off good then when your going for the highest awards there. That is when 6 days a week hits for 6 months straight. You have no time for famliy no time for friends. No kindness there also I will point out this they will play mind games make it look as if your off work then around two hours before you leave on Friday. Be prepared to come in work. To me this job is for a single person who has nothing to do.

Too relax to be competitive

huge company with a great reputation. But small subsidiaries are not reflecting the company’s global characteristics. Priorities are different in such subsidiaries.

Just stay in your lane and be ready to deal with management and coworkers. The pay is 20 per hour and 40 for overtime. So, pay is good. It's just boring work and staying there to move up a position is hard. The people that work hard quit and the people that slack off are pushed up since they've been there longer.

A Webasto é uma empresa que se preocupa verdadeiramente com as pessoas, onde o equilibrio pessoal/profissional é uma realidade.

They don’t care about the employees they just want u to get those tops out

Need better upper management . Also could use a union so employees don’t feel they have no one in their corner . Schedules are changed from day to day which makes it hard to prepare for your personal.

No work life balance

First off the HR team has is useless here. Have pay issue, insurance questions, or just need to see hr? Good luck. This is not the place you want to work if you have a family, or want job security. They fire people for breath to hard here. I have watched multiple hard works get termed because of a managers ego.

12hr work shifts, they constantly change your work schedule without notice, This place has the wort HR staff i have ever seen

The team leads are rude and disrespectful. No one know their role. Everybody think they are the boss.

Nobody elver on the same page and they constantly short people checks. And night shift never have soap in the bathroom. I highly do not recommend this place. They do not have a care in the world about the people who keep the company running( workers)

A great place to work.

A great place to work with always an opportunity to learn new things on the production floor. Lots of opportunities to work with colleagues across the globe. Overall, it was a great learning experience to be at Webasto & I am always proud to say that I was a part of this organization.

Fast paced

Very faced paced environment and they offer a lot of overtime but sometimes it’s mandatory which sucks but overall it’s a decent place to work. People there are nice.

Okay

It’s a paycheck, some coworkers are great and helpful others just need to go home if they aren’t going to work. You have some supervisors who are good and listen, then you have others that are just part of the problem. I worked there twice, it was a paycheck and it paid the bills is why I worked there. But if you can become part of the click then you will do fun, but if you aren’t part of it then I would look for another job.

Lots of different positions available to work here. If you don't like one area you can try something else. Overall a decent place to work. Pay is great and all the ot you want.

Great place to work. A job with purpose and you look forward to going to work everyday. Webasto is an organized and professional workplace. Positive work environment for the most part and good people, that makes a huge difference in today's world.

It’s a lot of down time

Could be more to do but the pay is good long hours everything weekend is mandatory. Do not know as much as I should know about the job it self Just go to work clock in and out.

As long as you're on top of your stuff nothing can go wrong.

Keep track of your hours because why would you trust anyone with your money. Its good to see them weeding the bad from the good. Improvements have been made since starting here but there's a long way to go still yet

Great place to work. I like the easy going work culture there. The pay is fair, the work is not difficult, and all the management is nice. I would recommend anyone to this company
