I was responsible to respond to customers queries via phone. i had a contact with other client "s departments s accounting or warehouse in order to resolve inquires from company customers. I possess solid speaking skills which have continously enabled me to compose high-quality conversations with customers.I have attentive and friendly charakter. I became a reputation from customer. The hardest part of the job was to answer for all kind of unexpected questions, but after a several days I could answer for almost every difficulty questions. The most enjoyable part of the job was meetings after work. We spoke with each other and smile a lot.
