Sales Assistant (były pracownik) – Mazowieckie – 10 stycznia 2019
Sephora is considered a very high end shop in Poland (where I worked) so the clientelle was very high-end and picky. It was a very educational experience to serve people with high standards and expensive tastes. The other staff at the location where I worked were close and it really felt like a family.
My general work was manning the cash register, greeting and serving the customers, booking makeup appointments, organizing products, and giving basic advice to customers.
The manager treated everyone fairly, and the family atmosphere really made me happy to come in to work every day.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with difficult customers that were never happy no matter what. Definitely made me gain experience with conflict resolution.
Plusy
Learning something new every day from both, the other staff and the clients
