Co do pracownikow- średnio oceniam, jednak szefostwo miłe. Rzadko robocze soboty ale za to posiłki wtedy za darmo. Niestety mało sprawiedliwe przerwy , jednak zależy to od stanowiska na którym się robi.

Awful Place to Work and I'm Scarred

Worst place I've ever worked. I never worked so hard for so little in return. You are quite literally a number in a system and disposable here. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

They don’t support their workers well. They aren’t very prepared, They’ll have you relocate without notice

Trainers are rude and don’t consider their workers.They don’t supply 5 oversized tshirts that you have to return at their Tempe location. The safety training was long with the small metal.

Unfortunately there are several managers that don't do anything the entire shift. Also they allow people to get away with not working alot more than they should.

Etwas steifes aber soziales, familiengeführtes Unternehmen

Die Betriebszugehörigkeit ist schon überdurchschnittlich, was aber vielleicht der Grund dafür ist, dass kaum Wille zur Veränderung vorhanden ist. Und da wir alle eine " große Familie" sind, neigt Schnellecke Bierkrug etwas zur Vetternwirtschaft.

Productive , yet stressful

I’ve worked there 2 months before getting fired by management because of lack of forklifts they provide. You can easily lose your job by clocking in and having not forklift to do work on.

Work isn’t hard at all I actually liked working there . It’s never really the job but the management Is Another Story ! I liked my coworkers & I wouldn’t just say all management but some of those people will give you h*** for no apparent reason

Was better under previous contractor

Schnellecke logistics could definitely operate better than it did for me. The leaders of the company could care less about you in a matter of job duties,work ethic, organazation of company, financial well being, communication and respect for people. This company seems preoccupied by petty things than running an organized company. The company also gives out under 40 hrs per week in typical work week which seems to operate like a fast food restaurant instead of a logistics company. Most of their management seems aloof and runs with a lot of classism and don't communicate well at all. If you value your respect and finances don't work here.

Horrible Management

Is easy work but management is absolutely horrendous and nobody cares to try and change it. You can go in and leave and keep to yourself it’s a good job .

No es un trabajo estable

Depende de VW y si ellos se van de paro técnico nos pagan al 50% los vales de despensa te los descuentan de la nómina, te mueven de área cada que al LAT le da la gana, No hay crecimiento profesional ya que no te suben de puesto si eres muy joven además no hay nivelación de salario.

Schnellecke has had major changes in management over the past two years. The new team is awesome.

They have made many management changes over the past two years which has resulted in a much better employee morale. People are trying to make a difference and create a company which people feel appreciated.

There is none

Some bosses are ok but most are not, they force you to go where you don’t want to , they do not treat everyone the same , they have there clicks, and protect who they want and treat good employees bad! There heath insurance is to expensive and they don’t pay enough to cover it!! They promote who they want , not who they need!!

Schnelle key wird immer mehr zur Ausbeuterfirma. Viel zu viel Arbeit, die man mit zu wenig Personal nicht schaffen kann. Die Schichtleitung hat von nix Ahnung
