I feel in reliance as a good environment and good culture. Management are also help to get solved any issue. I have never got any issue with my senior.

work life balance is good , a good place to work as a experinced , many projects to try , very less holidays, Hr management is not good litreally bad .

No work-life balance

Work atmosphere is very bad. They attract freshers with nice package, Only CTC is high, basic salary is really low. Increment cycle is very bad.Seniors expect subordinate colleagues to work on weekends as well, even though workdays are 5 days a week. Even if team members exits company, they don't hire people for their replacement instead they will make existing employees work extra and manage the workload.No work-life balance, expects employees to be responsive even on planned leaves.Very bad work culture.People who don't want to grow and learn can join this company. Similar to government job experience. Bad Pay, Bad Work, Bad Job.Bad work culture. Do not join if you want to learn and grow.

Good place for start your career

Great learning experience. Good exposure. Work life balance is less. Discrimination is there based on site locations. Managers are sometimes hard on people. Company is well organised with good policies.

It was good experience working with RIL

It was really tremendous experience to work in worlds largest refinery.It has good working culture with huge resources from every corner of the world.

Great place to start your career. You'll learn a lot if you want to. But advancement in career level and position after a few years is not that great.

I loved to be a part of Reliance but the top management never really cares about your well being. Outside compensation is very good .. but inside no really good growth opportunities

Good work life balance in some departments

Its good, some dept are quite good while some has work load. Job security is there if you are doing your BAU activities. Mostly there will be less pressure and 9 hrs of swipe in swipe out.

Very grateful company to start with your career. And lot of opportunities to learn new things. Since it is established company, there is less opportunity to grow. Growth is kind of stagnant

Don't wish to disclose real picture, it is very poor.RIL can not beat, compare with MNCs culture or few top most Indian CompaniesOverall... learnt, worked a lot but vein...Left company for both position and package.

Fun workplace

Good amount of work. Good morales. The key thing is to get the work done and you'll be able to take it easy. Managers were very helpful throughout the process of development.
