Very interesting and demanding
As it's an international organisation, the work culture and diversity provided are very big factor in shaping daily work and the nature of assignments.
The post was mainly outside the main OSCE/ODIHR office and required continuous traveling. It required also immediate availability most of the months and travel on short notice to various locations.
The benefits (annual leave and retirement plan) were a big plus, as was the general working atmosphere, however these were jaded by the political nature of most project (high pressure environment and stress circumstances).
The post was not offering natural advancement as this was fixed position, new post was available by open application process only.
Annual leave and strict working hours (no overtime)
high stress and pressure/extensive traveling
