flexibilita, možnost kariérního růstu
I enjoyed the job and my immediate co-workers, our office had a great environment, while being efficient and customer oriented. However, the infrastructure, management, technology, & support system of the parent company is in disarray, and the culture is unprofessional, with a high turnover rate.
Great coworkers, impactful job, nice location
managment, culture outside our office
The day to day work is good, there is always something to do, its never boring. You tend to learn as well as doing, its more on trial and error on drawings and design work using CAD. Workplace culture - Its a fun place to work The hardest thing about the job is deadlines, the reason being this is because it is a big company. The most enjoyable part about working for that company
working towards tight deadlines.
Always a busy day at MLM, with all the different jobs requested it was necessary for you to be up on your toes and ready to make things happened. Management was outstanding ready to helped and keeped the business in the direction that was necessary to make it successful and productive. I learned that is necessary to stay focus and productive at all time. The hardest part was dealing with over 250 employees, but at the end it made me a better leader, understanding in dealing with all type of employees and their needs. The most enjoyable part was being part of a company that cared about their employees and customers.

I learned a tremendous amount about the background of business that employees never see and how hard it is to make decisions when it comes to making changes to a business because it relates not only to the business, but to all of the employees, the overhead, etc. I learned a lot about how to adjust budgetary necessities to adhere to a business plan. I learned how to create several different kinds of cash flow analyses as well as becoming extremely familiar with creating financial projections. I became very good at creating working, well-oiled, cross-functioning reports in Excel. My management experience flourished. The list goes on. My - więcej...
