Internship (były pracownik) – Warsaw, Poland – 1 lipca 2017
Typical day at work is 9-10h, overtime very common. I learned to manage my time and what accounting and audit is all about. Management is overburdened, they are always tired and occupied. Culture is great, people are helpful and coffebreak are anjoyable. The hardest part of the job is coping with time pressure, it is also essential, because older unfinished files/projects can bog you down considerably on your current work and the "snowball effect" risk is significant. The most enjoyable part of the job is closing a file and the payday.
