If you have previous customer service or retail experience, that’s brilliant, but if not, don’t worry, it’s not essential. You could be taking your first steps into a career, returning after a break, or simply looking for new challenge. Either way, as long as you’re self-motivated, with a confident approach to everything you do, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.

We have apprenticeships, graduate schemes and work experience programmes across different parts of our business. Each is designed to help you gain professional experience and develop your skillset. We’ll challenge you to think differently, solve problems with creativity and to push yourself while expanding your horizons. Apprenticeships There are a great deal of rewards and benefits to be gained from an apprenticeship with us. From entry to senior level, digital to leadership skills, we offer a range of apprenticeships to advance your career. Based on approved government standards, our apprenticeships are tailored to you so you can get the most out of your placement and show us your best self. You’ll spend most of your time – around 80% - working on the job. The other 20% you’ll be learning. Digital learning is combined with a face to face approach and sometimes peer-to-peer learning, too. We support apprenticeships in seven areas: leadership and management; growth; finance; customer service excellence; legal; programme management; and, digital. You’ll receive nationally recognised qualifications alongside valuable training and mentorship. You’ll learn how to be an effective member of a team, and will handle a varied, stimulating and challenging workload, allowing you to gain the requisite skills to excel in any workplace. Graduates Whether you’re fresh from university, have taken some time out after graduating, or already have some professional experience, we’ve a wealth of career options to choose from. You’ll be given responsibility, autonomy and the training you need to shine from day one. You'll be embarking on one of the most diverse and exciting career paths available in the UK. Our aim is to encourage you to build a broad network, as well as develop a wide range of skills, combined with sought-after knowledge. Diversity and inclusion

We’re developing an inclusive culture that reflects the diversity of our clients, their customers and the communities in which we work. By doing this, we invite fresh perspectives, promote better teamwork and build a fair and inclusive environment for everyone to work in. We’re also developing a range of employee networks, which will provide a place for people to connect and learn from each other, and are all sponsored by different executive officers in the business. These include the Wellbeing Network, the Gender Equality Network, the Family Network, the Disability Network, Rainbow Alliance (LGBTQ+), Embrace (Race and Ethnicity) and the Multi-Faith Network. We also mark a range of events in the calendar, from Black History Month to Pride. In March 2020, we released our gender pay gap report for 2019 (https://bit.ly/3eGD0S4). We know we still have a way to go but we’re improving every year, increasing female representation through the 30% club, which offers women’s senior leadership mentoring. We’re also members of the Employers Network of Equality and Inclusion, the Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community.
