The best part of this work are people around, who are supportive, fun to work with, very helpful. 8 hours on the phone, speaking with people around the world is also much fun as I can train my language skills as well as meeting people (maybe only for a moment, but together speaking with them, laughing is much enjoyable). I have learned a lot of IT skills and also improved my english to almost native speaker. The hardest thing is definitely a project working 24/7. Some of us have to work at Christmas/Easter or night shifts. Also as one company (Capgemini) is meeting another one (Direct Line Group) it is hard to communicate between them and find the best possible ways of fixing problems showing once in a while.
