A typical day at work there was quite monotonous, sitting at workplace and calling (when on sales team), or answering phone calls (when on 1st line support). I've learned there how to communicate with various types of clients and to provide as best as possible answers or solutions. The management was focused on results and profits while at sales team. Workplace culture was good, people were respecting each other and kept the place clean. The hardest part of the job was to adjust at the beginning to the required level of work.
