Poor management and lack of vision. Targets are stretched, working hours are 14+, lavk of process in HR. Managers are young and lack vision. Culture of Yes Boss and haphazard working. No prioritization or planning. Manual process.

They are making fool in the name of incentive , they are pressing alot by the words that as much you will work that much you will have the insensitive but at the time of salary they are not showing proper reason but deducting 13k 14k insensitive without any reason.
