Ars was overall a great place to work. My only complaint was the manager. He was very negative and degrading. He'd scream at employees in his office, throw things. He was crazy. Other than that, i loved the environment and everyone i worked with.
Until ARS was bought out by Crossroads Treatment Center, the owner and administration were accessible and very supportive. It was after it was bought, that things changed and worsened all the more by the Pandemic. Without getting into details, money became much more of factor than dedication to the workforce. Profits were quite obviously the motivating factor. Sad!!

Find another place to work. All they care about is sales. If you like to repair equipment don't work here. It is expected of you to turn over new equipment estimates no matter what the age is & sell something on every call. Pay structure is set up so you have to sell to make a living. There were lots of angry customers I had to deal with from other technicians upselling at every visit.
Management, weekly meetings to upsell, lack of training on repairs
The managers get fired for harassment, supervisors buy drugs from employees on their cameras but they are so focused on employees being on their phones and micromanaging that they are to blind to see that it’s ridiculous it’s a terrible company I’d recommended no one work here they allow supervisors to run around like tyrants demeaning people because this is the only place they feel important or have power trust me your not better than anyone I quit over a year ago and if this was the last job on earth I’d never return. Sure hope chases looks at this :) STAY AWAY oh there is no money to be made here but if you stick out a year with not one write up they will give you 750 good luck with being perfect
Dispatch will have u out till past 8pm daily taking calls and ur not on call either..because they get bonuses depending on how many calls they run daily. If u say u have to leave they get upset and make sure they give u all the BAD calls the next day or a Late night..Management is the worst especially in the service dept.
Not a great place to work. No diversity. No appreciation. Not very good pay. No real structure. You won't get far here unless your related to the manager. I didnt get a raise for 2 years . Basically you have to work hard on commission to get anywhere with this company but if you dont fit in they will give you bad calls. The general manager told me he's most comfortable with people that are like him.him.
