Fast paced and demanding workplace

My typical day at work would start with greeting the executives and my supervisor and obtaining a to-do list. Then I would take a seat at my reception desk and start every day duties: answering and managing incoming and outgoing calls, filing paperwork and organizing computer-based information as well as directing guests, routing deliveries and courier services. My co-workers and management personnel were supportive and . The hardest part of the job was probably to arrange meetings which would meet with the busy schedule of executives and clients expectations. Nevertheless, I would promptly respond to their inquiries and requests. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part of the job was meeting clients and helping to satisfy their requirements. It that job, I improved my communication skills and learned how to multitask and solve problems in a timely manner.
