Offer description

The job involves order picking in a large-scale automotive parts logistics warehouse (European Logistics and Development Center). The picking process is performed using a scanner for various orders (batteries, exhaust pipes, candles, filters, and small parts such as fasteners or screws, etc.). The weight for women ranges from a few grams to 12 kg, and for men up to 25 kg.

Employees do not carry boxes with orders; automated conveyor belts deliver loaded boxes to the appropriate department and rack.

Employees are assigned to only one department, where they receive training until they are independent.

Training lasts 3-4 days, individually with a trainer.

There are no smoking areas!!!

Responsibilities

  • Picking orders according to scanner data,
  • Scanning products and checking inventory,
  • Arranging and storing goods on shelves according to procedures,
  • Collaborating with the team during picking and receiving goods,
  • Complying with health and safety regulations in the warehouse,
  • Taping and packing tires, stacking them on three-level racks (average weight 5-15 kg),
  • Unloading and loading trucks (using machines similar to those at airports for luggage, tires are removed and then stacked). Sometimes, multiple people work together – some take tires and roll them to another employee, who then stacks them on the rack.
