Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and great customer experience. You will work with data, documentation, and customer requests, playing a key role in keeping our processes running smoothly.


What
you will do

  • Maintain and update customer account information

  • Process transactions and ensure all records are accurate and up to date

  • Review, organize and summarize documents and data

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Support issue resolution and provide clear information to customers

  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the team

What we are looking for

  • Secondary education or equivalent

  • Around 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, operations or customer service

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Confidence in handling customer inquiries and problem solving

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written form

  • Comfortable working with computer systems, including Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of financial or customer account processes

  • Experience working with internal systems and procedures

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed

Location expectations:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
