An Exceptional US High-tech Company is expanding to European universities and research institutes. Our products are on 1,000 US university campuses, including 49 of the top 50 (e.g., Harvard, Yale, MIT, Princeton, Stanford, UCLA and Columbia), and it’s time to expand our revolutionary research information technologies around the globe. We are seeking 5 to 10 employees to learn how to use a revolutionary new SearchMATCH relevancy engine (like the first half of AI, but without drawing conclusions), and tools for organizing, managing, and analyzing scientific content, then demonstrate to and train scientists use the tools find relevant content. Employees will provide remote and on-site demonstrations and training and usage assistance across Europe and beyond. Benefits:

• Monthly salary: from PLN 6,000 to 17,000 per month before tax (approx. PNL 4,200 to 10,000 per month after tax).

Requirements for all:

• Graduation with an academic degree from a university
• Comfortable using search engines, email and other computer applications
• A friendly and sincere disposition that promotes interaction with researchers
• Respect and appreciation for PhD researchers and them with their use of our information hunting and managing tools (our technologies) to find relevant content in 200 million pages of open access research journal articles (OAJA), to manage their own research and other research that they’ve downloaded using our Personal Digital Mind Palace
• An understanding of some basic facts: 1) Most science is discovered once, then shared with all other scientists in the world, so the world doesn’t need many scientists; 2) Scientists are very rare – out of 10,000 people, 5 might be scientists, and fewer still might be competent scientists; 3) about 99% of today's man-made wealth would not exist without scientific research – most people would be farmers – so !
• To learn and understand how scientific knowledge advances: While there is competition among researchers, the vast majority of competent researchers prefer to openly share their work with other researchers around the world, and researchers share their work when they write 'journal articles' and submit them to publishers for peer review – only articles that pass peer reviews are published in the better journals.

Requirements for Managers:

• an academic aptitude at or above 5 years of high-ranked university education – a diploma is a plus, but not necessary
• Expected to be the most competent demonstrator/trainer and very competent at training new employees to be demonstrator/trainers
• Must conduct frequent employee evaluations to ensure high quality work and productivity
• Responsible for ensuring that all employees maintain high quality of work and conduct themselves professionally at all times
• Must be comfortable disciplining staff if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 6,000.00zł - 17,000.00zł per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
