This position is based in Warsaw and Bielsko-Biała.

• Proactive and practical approach
• Customer focus and customer service experience
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)

• Communication with EUROWAG customers
• Supporting all tasks related to sales and customer service for local customers
• Checking bank statements, determining payments and invoices
• Completing and registering contracts, checking customer data
• Maintaining the Navision application for registering vehicles in toll collection systems
• TMS (ticket management system) - JIRA - daily activities
